Special Notes:
New contracts and yearly renewals include a "System Evaluation" visit.

A "System Evaluation" consists of cataloging the hardware and software components (i.e. serial numbers, software versions, peripherals) of the existing system and determining the system's current functional condition.

Please note: This visit is for evaluation only. Preexisting problems will not be resolved during this visit.

This client is responsible for maintaining software support agreements as we will not provide any software for such upgrades.
